Dates Postponed for both AST shows in The Woodlands, Texas and Orlando, Florida
COVID-19 impacted many events worldwide and is rapidly changing by the minute. Your safety is our main concern, therefore, NISTM decided it was best to postpone both Aboveground Storage Tank Conference & Trade Shows in The Woodlands, TX and Orlando, FL. To confirm, we are not having a show on December 8-9, 2020 in Texas and January 19-21, 2021 in Florida. Once we have new dates for both shows, an email announcement will be sent to you. We apologize for the inconvenience on these date changes and we appreciate your understanding.
NISTM has already contacted the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel in Florida and The Woodlands Waterway Marriott in Texas on behalf of everyone who made room reservations. Your reservations have been cancelled.
ORLANDO: Rosen Shingle Creek will extend a rate of $150.00 plus applicable taxes for the dates of the conference for guests that would like to travel to continue with their trip Orlando. Rate applies to standard guestrooms. If you would like to book reservations please email ekey@rosenhotels.com. This offer is subject to availability and cannot be combined with other hotel offers. Services are charged a la carte.
To all those who already registered for the show:
Conference Attendees, Trade Show, and Co-Located Events: Your registration will automatically roll over to the new dates for The Woodlands or Orlando. You do not need to register again.
Golf Tournament: Your golf registration will automatically roll over to the new dates for The Woodlands or Orlando. You do not need to register again.
Exhibitors: Your booth registration and funds will automatically roll over to the new dates for The Woodlands or Orlando. We'll be in touch via email with additional details.
