Spraying technology company Titan recently introduced the new Elite 3500 sealed hydraulic paint sprayer as the latest addition to its line of gas-powered sprayers.

Sprayer Details

As Titan’s first sprayer outfitted with PermaStroke technology, the Elite 3500 has no piston, packings, or clutch to replace, and it is backed by a lifetime fluid pump warranty. The product serves as a versatile direct drive sprayer that delivers a consistent finish and is easy to operate and maintain.

The PermaStroke technology provides top performance at all pressures, even when using smaller tips or spraying coatings prone to shearing. Maintenance is minimal with only two wear parts, the inlet and outlet valves, which are field serviceable and can be changed with common tools.

The sprayer holds less paint in the system, thereby simplifying the cleaning process.

The sprayer includes a pulsation dampener for smooth operation, which works by eliminating all pressure fluctuations and deadband in the system. Consistent pressure is delivered from 300 pounds per square inch (psi) to 3,300 psi.

In addition, a pusher valve guarantees the sprayer primes every time it is started, while a vertical filter keeps residue in the housing.

Powered by a Honda engine, the sprayer comes standard with a Titan RX-PRO gun, TR tip and a 50-ft (15.2-m) hose. The cart is designed for convenience with a telescoping handle and hose-wrap, as well as two on-cart tip holders. Meanwhile, 12-in (30.5-cm) pneumatic tires increase the unit’s portability and make travel over rough surfaces easier.

The sprayer is now available in the United States and Canada at professional equipment and industrial supply distributors.
