With a rich career spanning over a decade in the construction industry, Pablo is no stranger to the landscape of sales and strategic growth. A proud alumnus of West Virginia University, Pablo began his career with the State Department before embarking on a successful trajectory in sales with Xerox. Then, prior to joining W. R. MEADOWS, he served as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager for a leading manufacturer and was instrumental in managing a large, nationwide construction materials distributor for their National Account Team across the US and Canada.  His approach to sales management is characterized by a strong focus on strategy, leadership, and fostering paths to success.

Pablo's vision for W. R. MEADOWS involves not only enhancing sales growth in the Northeast but also empowering the sales team with innovative strategies and insights. His appointment marks a significant step forward for the company as it continues to expand and strengthen their presence in the region.
