Titan Tool is now offering the Elite 2000, which it describes as the newest member of the Titan Elite Series of airless paint sprayers. 

As a versatile one-gun sprayer, the tool features Titan’s Elite Series technology that contractors have trusted for years, and it does so in a new, compact design.  

For residential, light commercial, and fine finish applications, the Elite 2000 delivers a consistent finish and is easy to operate and maintain, according to the company. The sprayer comes outfitted with Titan’s PermaStroke technology, which delivers top performance between 300 and 3000 psi (2.1 to 20.7 MPa). 

Minimal Maintenance Needs

With no piston, packings, cylinder, or clutch to wear or replace, maintenance needs are minimal. The sprayer features two easily replaceable wear parts, the inlet and outlet valves, which can be quickly changed out in the field.  

The Elite 2000 provides top performance at all pressures, even when using smaller tips or if spraying coatings prone to shearing. With extremely reliable mechanical pressure control, it is versatile for both fine finish and traditional applications, with a maximum tip size of 0.021 inches. 

The sprayer’s Sureflo pusher valve guarantees that it primes every time, thereby making it easy for operators to release a stuck lower ball, according to the company.

Exceeding Contractor Expectations

“Building on the success of our Elite line of sealed hydraulic sprayers, the new Elite 2000 is packed with proven technologies for a professional finish, minimal maintenance, and easy cleanup,” said Chris Noto, product director for Titan. “Built Titan tough, it will meet or exceed contractors’ expectations for a versatile sprayer that delivers consistent results for both paint and fine finish applications.” 

Designed to spray up to 100 gallons (378.5 L) per week, the Elite 2000 can apply all standard architectural primers, paints, stains, and coatings. It comes standard with a Titan RX-80 gun, 517 HEA tip, 50-foot (15.2 m) hose, and a flexible siphon for use with 1-gallon (3.8 L) and 5-gallon (18.9 L) containers. A rugged, built-in skid frame protects the sprayer during transport and at jobsites.  

As with all of the company’s Titan Elite sprayers, the PermaStroke technology fluid pump is backed by Titan’s WearGuard Elite lifetime warranty.   

The sprayer is available now at professional paint and equipment retailers in the United States and Canada.
