GenAer Introduces the PG22G Gasoline Powered Industrial Generator

GenAer, an innovator in industrial air and power generation for industrial and commercial applications, has introduced its latest innovation, the PG22G gasoline powered industrial generator. The PG22G is a more fuel-efficient gas generator with a life expectancy similar to a diesel-powered unit, unlike lower-cost gasoline generators that are not designed to withstand continuous operation. Weighing under 1,000 pounds, the PG22G can easily be installed in transit vans or trailers. The result is an affordable, powerful, and long-lasting gasoline powered generator ideal for spray foam or coating applicators, and concrete lifters.

“We heard from many customers who were tired of replacing lower-cost generators so frequently,” explained Terry Wipf, Sales and Service Manager at GenAer and an original founder. “In the spray foam and coatings business, if your equipment isn’t working, you’re not working. That’s why we engineered an entirely new product. Nothing on the market compares to GenAer’s PG22G. Its durability is similar to a diesel generator with significantly more fuel efficiency than lower-cost gas generators currently in use.”

22KW of Uninterrupted Power

The PG22G features a 2.5L 4-cylinder, liquid cooled Mitsubishi engine that provides 22KW of continuous power output. When properly maintained, the PG22G provides 13,000 – 18,000 hours of service life, which is comparable to a diesel engine and is three to four times longer than a typical smaller, air-cooled gas generator.

The PG22G also offers up to 50% greater fuel efficiency advantages compared to air-cooled gas generators. GenAer achieves this breakthrough with electronic fuel injection and by reducing the rotational speed from the typical 3,600 RPM to 1,800 RPM, the same speed of a diesel generator. The design also uses a four pole generator head to significantly increase generator efficiency.

The PG22G, and all GenAer’s products, are available from authorized dealers throughout the United States. Customers can also request quotes directly from the company.
