Branch’s journey in the coatings industry begam in 1981 when he founded and successfully operated a commercial paint contracting company in Austin, Texas. His hands-on experience in the field laid a strong foundation for his subsequent career, where he held various positions with four major coating manufacturers. Branch’s roles in sales, sales management, and product marketing have honed his strategic thinking and leadership skills, making him a highly respected figure in the industry. 

Throughout his career, Branch has been recognized for his ability to drive results and lead teams with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. His extensive experience, combined with a deep understanding of the coatings market, positions him as a valuable asset to Tnemec.

In addition to his professional achievements, Branch is a member of the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP) and holds the title of AMPP Senior Certified Coatings Inspector.
